This home offers a combined living room/dining area that flows into the kitchen area. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with all new appliances. And don't forget your K-cups for the Keurig Coffee maker! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed and one twin. Sleeping up to 5 of your friends and/or family members.
Sunset Retreat has a covered patio under the house for enjoying canal breezes. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience after a long exciting day of fishing and fun in the sun. Along with all these great amenities comes a 70 ft long bulkhead along the canal
behind that house! There is plenty of room for fishing. We can't wait to see you!

We bought our own towels, personal care items, and cleaning supplies which we normally do on our trips but this home was fully stocked and had plenty. They even supplied disposable towels to use for fishing which my husband loved

Rental was very convenient for visiting friends in the area. The house is perfect for a family with young children. Not ideal for 2 couples, but it worked and we had fun. We selected this house for the location and cost and would stay there again.

Great spot and good for really 4 people, I am not sure I would say it accommodates more than 5 and with one bathroom, it makes is tight. Great place I would be in the summer time. Always responsive and very efficient!
