Welcome to unit #127 - Drift Away! You'll be drifting way in this newly remodeled waterfront one bedroom/one bathroom condo at Laguna Reef. Drift Away features breathtaking views of Aransas Bay from the windows or relax on the patio with a glass of wine and take in the cooling bay breeze. This cozy condo has a king-sized bed, a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, and wonderful beach decor.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser. There is also extra sleeping on the queen size sofa bed in the living room. Both the bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs. Added for guest convenience, Drift Away also offers free Wi-Fi. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped (apart from an icemaker) and well stocked kitchen including a microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a hair dryer. All towels and linens will be provided for your comfort. We leave four bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels and 1 kitchen towel. You are welcome to bring extra just in case! Guests will have access to a community washer/dryer that takes quarters.

Guests of Drift Away also get to enjoy the Laguna Reef swimming pool and hot tub that overlook Aransas Bay and the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier. There are also multiple grilling areas, beautiful grounds on the water, and a large parking lot.

Drift Away at Laguna Reef is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under activities and attractions. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum.   • Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
