Coastal Escape

All guests who book a stay at Coastal Escape will receive an in-person welcome as part of our concierge services provided by Evoke Concierge, LLC. They will lead you on a brief tour of the home, designed to point out the most attractive features and amenities. During the brief visit, they will also be able to provide operational instructions, recommendations for the local area, and answer any questions that you may have. We know that you'll love getting to know the home, and Rockport, from a local's point of view!

With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, Coastal Escape offers a luxurious vacation experience for up to 10 people.

Relax in the brand-new luxury heated (upon request for a fee) pool with stone surround and tanning ledge. The pool is situated alongside the canal and offers a beautiful view of Salt Lake. Pool towels are included in your rental. Lounge chairs are situated on the adjacent wooden deck. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs is connected to the pool area by a small walkway. Everyone will love roasting marshmallows as the sun sets over Copano Bay. Play a friendly game of cornhole as you grill dinner one evening. When the sun goes down, turn on the pool lights for an evening swim or cast a line off the private pier equipped with fishing lights and a covered, lighted fish cleaning stand. Anglers have caught large fish in this canal!

The coastal chic interior of the home is designed to be stylish yet comfortable and includes high ceilings for an extra-spacious feel. The living room comes with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV mounted on the wall. After a long day of swimming or fishing enjoy the abundance of adult and children's games as you relax in the warm and inviting atmosphere.

The living area opens to the main kitchen, where you’ll find all the dishes, pots, pans and silverware you need to prepare everything from a quick snack to an elaborate meal. Maybe you’ll want to cook the fish you caught from the pier that night! In the mornings, brew a cup of coffee and step outside to the deck for some quiet time before a day filled with adventure. The adjacent dining area offers a table for six while the kitchen bar with barstools provides seating for four more. A children’s table for four is designed to accommodate the littlest ones in your group. An entry console table with four folding wooden chairs in the closet provides additional seating.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress, a Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Top-down/bottom-up blackout shades in this and all bedrooms keep the sun from shining in your eyes too early in the morning.

The second bedroom on this floor features a queen-size bed with a new mattress and two sets of bunkbeds with quality Memory Foam mattresses. A second full bath is available for guests staying in this room.

The lower level of the home is truly a fully contained apartment in itself, with a private double-door entrance opening to the pool and canal, a completely equipped kitchen with a granite-topped bar and full-size refrigerator, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a living space with a queen-size sofa sleeper with Memory Foam mattress.

For an extra measure of convenience, this home has a dumbwaiter for transporting heavy luggage and groceries to the second floor, parking spaces for four vehicles in front of the home and additional parking next door (including for your boat – it's just a short boat ride out to Copano Bay!).
