We enjoyed our stay at Sand Piper. Beautiful balconies with seating at each level and high enough to see the water. The main house was spacious, very cold AC, large kitchen, and comfortable beds. We didn’t use the downstairs bungalow but it was nice and has an outdoor bathroom. Quiet location and very close to Rockport Beach. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard and plenty of grass. Only downside was lots of mosquitoes outside and we had an internet issue for the first 2 days of our stay but that was out of Miss Kitty’s control. Miss Kitty was very responsive to any messages and got the internet issue resolved as soon as they were able to! Overall, we had a great weekend and always enjoy the small town vibes of Rockport, TX.

I am from the Gulf Coast, and my family had lived in Rock Port. It is unique. This place, was so beautiful and hidden and made for great friends and associates that can cook, shop and enjoy in a private surrounding and step out and see the sights! I will return… absolute pleasure!!!
