Please Note: This home can accommodate parking for two vehicles. Reminder: Boat trailer parking is offered on-site. The boat trailer must fit inside parking lines. Most trailers for boats 24 feet or smaller will fit. (Please note that boat trailer parking is not allowed on Holiday Weekends.) There is no parking allowed at neighboring properties. The neighborhood is monitored. You are liable to be towed.

This lovely Condo is quiet and quite comfortable with a great view. However please bring extra bath towels, paper towels, laundry soap, cooking spices, aluminum foil, baggies, body soap and anything extra you may need. I hope to rent this space again but will bring extra things.

The condo was great and slept us all perfectly. Plus the private pier where i was ablr to take my daughter and wife fishing was very convenient. The pool area and condo were all very clean and well kept.

Steep stairs to door, and 2 story. Did not realize this for elder. Bunk room very small. Site noted hair dryer and another place said no hair dryer, but it had one upstairs thankfully. Very odd it has so many nice amenities but no tissue or shampoo- had to go buy. Lovely breeze and beautiful deck view but only 2 deck chairs for parties of up to 6. We had party of 4. Could use a little side table too.
