Welcome to unit #312 - Windward Passage, the perfect 1-bedroom condo located on the third floor of Laguna Reef. This coastal retreat includes a king-sized primary bed as well as a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a flat-screen TV in the living room and primary bedroom. The open kitchen provides a wonderful view of the bay and is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a family meal in the open living/kitchen area that has bar counter stools, and a small table with seating for two. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and all linens and towels will be provided. The unit also has WiFi. Relax on the balcony at the outdoor dining table with Adirondack rockers overlooking Aransas Bay, or take advantage of the pool and hot tub also overlooking the waterfront. Enjoy fishing from the 1,000-foot lighted private pier and the community beach area for wading, crab fishing, and bird watching. Laguna Reef guests also enjoy access to shared charcoal grills, coin-operated laundry rooms, ice machines, and a large parking lot that includes outlets for charging your boat before a day on the water.

The Rockport Heritage District, Rockport Beach, and the charming downtown shops, restaurants, art galleries, and winery are all close to Laguna Reef.

Came right after a tropical storm that did some minor damage to the area. Would like to thank Samantha for all the info she provided to help us make up our minds as to come or not. We decided to chance the trip on her info and photos she provided. Also, a thank you to Samantha for keeping the pier open for the fishermen. It had minor damage but was still very safe to use and she made sure it was safety kept open for the guest. See you next year

We loved our stay at Miss Kitty’s. The apartment was comfortable and quiet, location was awesome and the facilities were great. Would absolutely stay again!! Great little spot!!
