Take all that you can think of that you may need, utensils, paper goods. Forms you sign say put away all dishes &!turn off all appliances at departure…..our room had no kitchen or dishes. Think it was a general form, some rooms may have dishes and a kitchen.

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
