Welcome to unit #106 - Blue Seahorse, a newly remodeled, beach themed, waterfront studio condo with breathtaking views. Enjoy the stunning views of Aransas Bay from the windows or relax on the patio with a glass of wine and take in the cooling bay breeze....
Welcome to unit #106 - Blue Seahorse, a newly remodeled, beach themed, waterfront studio condo with breathtaking views. Enjoy the stunning views of Aransas Bay from the windows or relax on the patio with a glass of wine and take in the cooling bay breeze. This cozy studio has two queen size beds. There is also a flat screen TV with Spectrum cable, WIFI, and small table with seating for two. Other amenities include a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a hair dryer. All towels and linens will be provided for your comfort, and guests will have access to a community washer/dryer that takes quarters.
Guests of Blue Seahorse also get to enjoy the Laguna Reef swimming pool and hot tub that overlook Aransas Bay and the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier. There are also multiple grilling areas, beautiful grounds on the water, and a large parking lot.
Blue Seahorse is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under activities and attractions. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.
This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Never run out of things to do and places to see, plan your spectacular Rockport vacation today!

Very similar to a hotel and is fine for sleeping and showering, but little else, far away from restaurants, etc.

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
