This place was everything I was looking for, for my family to enjoy. The pool, dock for fishing, and close to town/beach. Our week was complete relaxation. We had a few hiccups during our stay( both our trash bins were full upon our arrival and didn’t get emptied until Thursday and by that time we were attracting the many cats that live at the house in front of us, freezer was not keeping temperature and our food was being frozen at a very slow pace, if at all. The wifi went out Thursday, preventing us to be able to even watch any tv) but all these things are minimal and did not prevent us from enjoying our time. We received prompt response each time I messaged the host about the issues. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and my family will definitely consider this place when we return to the area.

Great place for large groups - plenty of bathrooms & beds, nice hangout patio & balcony space, a pool, and the house was clean when we arrived. The gas grill has a large cooking area, great for grilling for groups and it is in great shape. Dock is nice to walk on day or night (drop some live shrimp between the pilings for best chance at catching fish). Favoriting this place for another Rockport trip.
