Knot-A-Care is a single level, 4-bedroom 4-bathroom home located in the lovely Copano Ridge neighborhood. There's room for a maximum of 2 dogs (60 lb limit each).

This home features a vast, open floor plan with modern finishes and thoughtful, coastal decor.
The living room is beautiful- complete with views of the canal. The large, sectional sofa is perfect for families who like to enjoy movie night.

Kitchen and Dining

This kitchen is a delight and sure to please the gourmet cook of your group. Modern appliances include an electric glass stovetop and oven, Keurig Coffeemaker, dishwasher and fridge with ice maker and water dispenser.
There is ample counter space and plenty of storage space in the pantry for long term stays or larger groups.
The dining room table seats up to 8 guests, and there is more seating at the bar.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Find the first guest bedroom with a private bathroom and two twin beds. The bathroom is complete with walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and desk. This bedroom has access to the full guest bathroom which is located near the kitchen and has a walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, plenty of closet space, and newly remodeled bathroom. There is a double vanity and walk-in shower in the primary bath. The recent addition of the bunkhouse next door with its own private entrance has 4 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower area to refresh in.

Outdoor Areas

Take advantage of the 100-foot dock and cast a line into the canal. For those who want to bring a boat along, Knot-A-Care has plenty of space and a boat slip to dock your boat. There is also ample parking for up to 5 vehicles and a boat trailer. You can also launch your boat from your very own private boat ramp – Copano Bay is just a short ride away!

The backyard is sure to please any group gathering for an evening under the stars. The ambient string lighting, rock fire pit, ample seating and huge, fenced in back yard are perfect for entertaining and hanging out with family after a long day at the beach.
There is a garage with professional ping pong table and corn hole games for guests of all ages to enjoy.
