Just a 20 minute drive and ferry wait, you can find yourself in the original island life destination. Port Aransas and Mustang Island are 18 miles of shoreline and wide, sandy beaches-with everything you need to experience the perfect beach vacation. Rockport-Fulton is home to many historical sights and parks, such as the Fulton Mansion Historic Site, Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Staff is very helpful, rooms have a good amount of space, love being able to sit out front and view the bay and what we most loved was that it was QUIET and we were able relax and enjoy it because of this "peacefulness".

It’s not condos, it’s motel rooms. Unsure how the housekeeping worked because we got no new towels after the first day. The code for the door was a bit different but cool. the room was very well cleaned though.

This condo is super cute, very clean, and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and my host, Miss Kitty's, made everything so easy. I will definitely keep this condo in mind when I'm in Rockport!

Deposits
- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
