Sandy Oasis is a beautiful waterfront home located in Key Allegro. Guests will have access to fabulous fishing from the 36 foot boat dock behind the house. The underwater green lights and lighted fish cleaning stand make this the perfect place for night fishing as well. Take the kids swimming at the Key Allegro community swimming pool to cool off after a long day in the sun. Spend the evening relaxing on the upper deck experiencing calming breezes and gorgeous water views.

Inside the home you will find a beautifully decorated living room with plenty of natural light. There is a flat screen smart TV with sling available along with WIFI. The living area opens to the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar. Enjoy canal views from the dining room table or bring your meal outside to the downstairs BBQ and picnic area. Bring your dogs (2 maximum) to hang outside with you.

This home sleeps 9 with 4 beds and 3 baths. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and access to the balcony and an en suite bath. The second bedroom has bright decor and two twin beds. The third bedroom a queen sized bed, and the fourth bedroom located downstairs and is separate from the upstairs has twin over full bunk beds.

Sandy Oasis is only a short drive from the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and is only five dollars for a day pass or 20 dollars for a year pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under activities and attractions. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

Rockport is also a location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Home is beautiful and new renovations! The house was spacious and super comfortable. So nice to be able to take boat out any time. All the neighbors were friendly and a great place to stay with our two corgis!

We loved the layout of the home and its location on the canal. The grill, outdoor seating, yard/fence/ flowers, and cleaning station was perfect! We definitely want to stay here n this house again.

Great dock area! Was able to cat multiple large blue crabs in the canal and several fish. The fish station is great! Remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash! Other than that the space and outdoor living were a perfect getaway. Will definitely want to stay again. Canal is wide and you can see where it opens up into the main ocean!
