This newly listed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will definitely enjoy that view from comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. There is also an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat screen television with basic cable. A queen size sleeper sofa will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 2 more guests. This condo is pet-friendly too! (2 dogs maximum)
As a guest of La La's you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Perfect spot! We had everything we needed in the condo and a great view of the water while slightly above and to the side of the pool for quiet. We had great communication before during and after our stay! Love how close this Place is to the shops and a few restaurants! I’ve already recommended this condo to several people. Lovely space for a great price! Our dogs loved it too! The balcony had an extra safety feature to the bars that was a bonus. Bed was a little soft for me but I’m happy on the floor. lol. It was very comfortable! If we had cooked anything we wouldn’t want for anything with all the oil spices etc Can’t wait to come back!

- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
