Baydreaming is a bright and peaceful retreat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The newly remodeled home is a second-story condo with two levels, a designated boat slip and dock, and two covered assigned parking spaces.
The sleek, fully equipped kitchen opens to the polished living/dining areas and grand bay views.

LIVING AREA

Relax on the luxurious living room furniture while savoring the delicate and calm atmosphere Baydreaming provides. A smart TV is available to stream your favorite movies and a World Map book with hidden storage contains card games for your entertainment.

KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double sink, pantry, Keurig, and a standard drip coffee maker.
Set for six, the bar height table and chairs are perfectly positioned to indulge in delicious meals and dreamy scenes of Aransas Bay from the dining area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Baydreaming can sleep up to six guests comfortably.
The delicate decor of the upstairs primary bedroom complements the exquisite waterview.
The primary bedroom has a kingsize bed, a smart TV for streaming, and a bathroom en suite. The primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo, an additional vanity, and a linen closet.

The third bedroom is located upstairs and has a twin daybed and twin trundle.

Downstairs, the second bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway near the kitchen.

Designated boat slip/dock, patio, and balcony, two covered designated parking spaces, complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs with cable services in the living room and primary bedroom, washer and dryer in-unit, and fully equipped kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy the fresh coastal breeze from the balcony overlooking Aransas Bay. The balcony can be accessed from the dining area and living room. This home offers a designated boat slip/dock.
