All guests who book a stay at Seaside Sanctuary will receive an in-person welcome as part of our concierge services provided by Get It Done Girl. They will lead you on a brief tour of the home, designed to point out the most attractive features and amenities. During the brief visit, they will also be able to provide operational instructions, recommendations for the local area, and answer any questions that you may have. We know that you'll love getting to know the home, and Rockport, from a local's point of view!

Welcome to Seaside Sanctuary! Enjoy sunshine-filled days and fun times in one of the gorgeous showplace homes on Key Allegro. This fabulous three-bedroom, three-bath home will easily accommodate up to eight guests with luxury touches, thoughtfully designed rooms and outdoor living spaces.

Amazing interiors open up to endless views of the bay. Not a detail has been missed in this home, from the expansive views to the cozy seating and updated kitchen. Family and friends will cherish the hours spent in this gem of a home. Beautiful blues and greens inside and out mimic the tropical South Texas landscape. You’ll find ample seating in the living room, angled around the large HDTV, perfect for movie nights in. Or grab a guest-use provided board game for a little friendly competition. The ensuite primary bathroom features an extended vanity with dual sinks and a tiled walk-in shower. A cozy queen-size bed adorns the second bedroom. This bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom that is outfitted with a beautifully tiled combination tub and shower. Designed with kids and teens in mind, the third bedroom is camp-inspired with four twin-size beds, beach décor and nautical inspired seating. A third full bathroom with a glassed-in combination tub and shower is accessed from the hallway. Seaside Sanctuary’s convenient washer and dryer makes it easy to refresh your swimsuit for the next day’s water adventures.
