Staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and read to help with anything they could. Leasing company was super helpful, no matter how many times we bugged them to get situated in the beginning! Condo was wonderful, everything was in tip top shape.

You're dealing with Airbnb, Miss Kitty, Vtrips, and the villas HOA/desk people. You've signed what you signed with Airbnb. They will demand you sign their Miss Kitty/Vtrips 15-page, you accept all responsibility up front, full of legalese contract, a 10-question HOA survey along with 3 HOA signatures on different statements, and a surprise $15 parking fee and $15 HOA fee (neither listed on Airbnb), and all of this under threat of cancelling your reservation if you don't comply - and NONE of this is available for your review until after you have already paid. NOT a great experience and NOT acceptable. I won't be returning on these grounds alone. Staff was friendly enough in person and on the phone; but no budge in their demands. FOR THE PLACE: It was as described. Plenty of towels for bath, hands, dishes; and some thoughtful bathroom/kitchen packages. Easy to access. Quiet neighbors. The place was good.
