I am local and live in Corpus Christi. Just wanted a quick getaway. This spot was perfect! It's right on the water, cute as can be, and I love that they allow dogs. I brought my two chihuahuas with me! Some property owners make you feel so bad about bringing your animals, but mine were welcomed here and it made all the difference to be able to bring them. Plenty of grass and places to walk them. The space is great and clean. I loved the pool! It is so nice. Beautiful in the morning! We sat outside for a while each day. I saw others complain about the leftover pad sites for homes taken during Hurricane Harvey. I guess, as a local, it was more of a nostalgic feeling for me. I didn't mind them at all. Just a reminder of coastal living and I have huge respect for Rockport - they saw the brunt of that storm. The whole community is run by a HOA, so they keep everything looking very nice, regardless. I wouldn't let this keep you away. It's a hidden gem!

The cottage is cozy and comfy. Location is perfect, including the view. The local eateries are yummy and the prices aren’t too bad. Only complaint is the toilet paper…bring your own if it matters to you. 😉

We had a good time staying at the Coastal Cutie. It was small, as advertised, but worked well with us as a couple. We cooked most of our meals and spend a good amount of time at the on-site pool, which had lounge chairs and areas like a swim-up bar seating where you could watch boats in the the little bay across the road.

Had a great time at the little cottage! Enjoyed the beautiful pool and the views of the water!

Loved the cottage and the location was awesome, as was the view. However, I got up early the first morning and saw a large bug (presumed it was a cockroach) scurry across the counter in the kitchen. On the morning we left I found the same but it was in a partial glass of wine. Other than those guests it was great. (Very tight parking)
