The St. Charles Bay Cottage # 9 Little Devil is a cute studio cottage that sleeps up to four people. This newly remodeled cottage has hardwood floors and coastal themed decor. There's a cozy seating area and flat screen TV next to the dining room table that seats four. The dining area leads into the kitchen that is fully equipped with a coffee maker and microwave. There are two queen sized beds and all linens will be provided for your convenience. This cottage also has a full bathroom that is nicely decorated.
Enjoy the weather relaxing at the outside picnic area with seating. These cottages are across the street from the Lamar public boat ramp making it the perfect spot for a fishing vacation. You are also only a short drive away from Goose Island State Park where you can enjoy fishing and bird watching. This is also the location of the Big Tree which was named the State Champion Coastal Live Oak in 1966 and although it no longer holds the title it is still one of the biggest Live Oak trees in Texas. You are also near the Copano Causeway wade fishing area and boat ramp. Lamar also has great places to eat like Pop's Tavern and Cafe where you can order delicious steaks, seafood, and burgers.
These cottages are also about a 20 minute drive to downtown Rockport that is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing, you can purchase a day pass or a year pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee.
