Looking to lounge after a day of fishing? Sea-Esta remains true to its name and provides a plush sectional sofa that is ideal for catching the afternoon football game. Beautiful, Aransas Bay views and several windows compliment this perfectly situated room.
KITCHEN & DINING
Sea-Esta has a very spacious kitchen with vast amounts of counter space and all of the modern appliances one could need to be at their home away from home.
This home provides two options for guests- bar seating for up to 6 for the casual afternoon lunch, or a dining room table for 6 that is just right for an evening dinner.
The kitchen has all of your essentials, including a traditional coffee pot, flatware, plates and cups and cooking utensils.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This cozy bungalow provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a stunning canal view, a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The guest bedrooms are a delight- both have bay views and share the second bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower, down the hall. The guest bedroom closest to the primary has two twin beds, and the third guest bedroom has a queen bed.
All bedrooms have closets and dressers to store your luggage and clothing.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
This home has complimentary WI-FI, premium outdoor furniture, cable television and a washer and dryer. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed with a weight limit of 60lbs or less.
OUTDOOR AREAS
This home has numerous outdoor seating opportunities. The front of the home has a beautiful patio facing Aransas Bay. Perfect for sunrises and coffee!
The back of the home is situated along the canal, and has both indoor seating and dining space in the screened-in porch as well as the outdoor back patio. Fish from the dock and clean your catch at the well-lit fish cleaning station.
There is also an open area with a charcoal grill and plenty of cooking space.
THE LOCATION
Key Allegro is one of Rockport's most well-known neighborhoods. This home is located front and center of this spectacular community and features the best of both worlds- a bay and a canal view.
This neighborhood is perfect for afternoon strolls along Aransas Bay or a quick jog to the community pool, which all Sea-Esta guests will have access to.
Sea-Esta is a short drive to downtown Rockport and all of the finest restaurants and shops. H-E-B and WalMart are just a short, five minute drive down the street.
Goose Island State Park (15-minute drive) is a haven for hiking, kayaking, and fishing, and Fly Fish Rockport (5-minute drive) is your go-to option to arrange fishing charters. Drive 5 minutes to explore the fascinating Fulton Mansion State Historic Site - a local landmark dating back to 1877.

The stay was good. Had to contact office to get access to community pool. They brought the key card Saturday morning but that pool was closed. Once we could actually access it on Sunday it was great.

The house was very nice and as described. It is a delightful location and the multiple patios are perfect. We were caught in the Alberto storm and had many challenges including being flooded in, no internet, limited cell service, then no electricity and a/c. Everyone did the best that they could and they were friendly. The part of the street we were in floods quickly because of the sea wall. Outside of a major storm, it is a great place and Rockport is always lovely.

We had a great visit! It was me, my daughter and two granddaughters. All of us enjoyed the trip. It was a nice quiet spot, great restaurants and shopping. We preferred the Port Aransas beaches and it was quick and easy to get there on the ferry. Only one minor issue was with the washer not working properly. We will be sure to return to the same location again!
