Welcome to unit #302 - Feeling Tip' Sea, a nicely decorated third floor 1 bedroom unit of the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. This condo has a private balcony with great water views. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas.
The living room is coastal themed with a sleeper sofa, great views, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for four at the breakfast bar. The bedroom has a king sized bed, cute beach decor, and a flat screen TV. This unit also has wifi! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience. Guests will also have access to a quarter washer and dryer.
Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.
Feeling Tip' Sea is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.
This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. I only live about and hour and a half away so this is a perfect weekend place. It was a great weekend, nice views, great location on the water and close to town. The price was very reasonable. Plan on doing weekend get-aways more often. Good for the soul! Everybody I dealt with was very courteous.

Very nice, and clean felt like we had our own little apartment. My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful, and so much to do the swimming pool had plenty of room, and so many chairs to choose from. The fishing pier was amazing, and not to mention how friendly everyone was. It felt like home away from home. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. The view was also amazing. Ashley was very responsive over email, and I appreciated that and all of the details that were given. I also appreciated that she didn’t make me call just to get all the information I needed. When We finally decided yes to booking it was quick and easy and she was very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. The view was also amazing.

We loved our stay at Laguna Reef - friendly and helpful staff, a great pier for fishing or crabbing, good location with great views from our balcony. The condo was clean and well equipped, perfect for the two of us. Highly recommend LR for a visit to Rockport!!

- 46+ days prior to arrival, 30% is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
