If you are looking for the ultimate home with the perfect, open layout and entertaining spaces, Rest by the Bay is the ideal home for you and your furbabies too (2 dogs maximum; 25 lbs or less each)!
LIVING AREAS
This home has an open concept living room that flows nicely to both the kitchen and dining areas. Kick back and relax on the sofa or leather reclining chairs, or gaze at the oyster boats on Aranasas Bay from the telescope in the formal seating area.
Please note that ALL tvs in this home operate via ROKU-- guests will need their own account in order to access any channels/ movies.
The living area is beautifully lit by natural lighting and floor to ceiling windows.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to getaway! With gleaming white, quartz countertops and modern, stainless steel appliances, Rest by the Bay will be sure to please the chef of your group.
This kitchen space is perfect for the wine enthusiast. There is a wine cooler built in to the bar, in addition to bar seating for up to 4 guests. If you are looking to have a sit-down family meal, there is ample room on the dining room table for 6. Have a feast and feast your eyes on the gorgeous views from every seating angle!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This delightful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are all located upstairs.
The primary bedroom and bathroom can be closed off via the sliding barn door and has amazing Aransas Bay views from your very own, private upstairs deck. This room has a 40 inch SmartTV for guests to login to their personal streaming accounts.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the primary bedroom. From here, there is access to the upstairs patio facing the canal.
Last but not least, the third guest bedroom on the opposite side of the house has 2 twin beds, its own bathroom with walk-in shower, and two, large closets. There is also a seating area and 50 inch flat screen television provided in this bedroom. For those who like a view, simply walk out the double doors and onto the upstairs deck overlooking the canal.
All 3 bedrooms have dressers and ample closet space for clothing and luggage storage.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
The living room has a sofa sleeper that will accomodate 2 guests.
Provided, complimentary amenities include: complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is also washer and dryer for guest use located downstairs.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This home is sure to please the entertainer in any group. Rest by the Bay has a downstairs kitchen area with ample seating for guests to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or fishing. Provided there is a sink, microwave, and plenty of counterspace for those who would like to have a nice outdoor get-together with family and friends.
The large deck that overlooks the canal is beautifully lit at night with string lighting, and if you walk down the steps, there is a fish cleaning station and area to dock your boat and fish from.
Rest by the Bay also has two upstairs patios- one overlooking the canal, and the other overlooking stunning Aransas Bay.
THE LOCATION
Key Allegro is one of Rockport's premier, waterfront communities. Rest by the Bay is perfectly situated on Key Allegro's foremost street, so if you are the type that enjoys a beautiful, afternoon walk along the water, this home is perfect.
For those wanting to explore downtown Rockport to shop and eat at the local spots, you are just a short, 5 minute drive away.
Take a bike and ride down North Fulton Beach road to visit the Fulton Mansion and grab a dozen oysters at the Boiling Pot- also only 5 minutes away. If you want centrally located, Key Allegro is the right neighborhood for you!

temperature in the house wasn't balanced, front bedroom mattress was uncomfortable and multiple roaches killed in kitchen area.

Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to people. The home is inviting, super comfortable and beautifully decorated. 5 stars on the A/C too!! It stayed nice and cool in the house while it felt like 109 due to humidity outside! The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, just be prepared to wait at the light to cross into the Key Allegro neighborhood because it’s only one bridge to get in and out. They are currently building to expand the bridge.
