Salty Attitude brings coastal living alive, complete with a boat dock and boat ramp. This cozy 2bed/2bath home is all ground floor, features updated appliances and coastal decor throughout. A nicely-sized back yard fronts the canal, creating the perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunset.
LIVING AREAS
The open floor plan creates a cozy living room with new, comfortable furniture and a flat screen tv. Wifi and cable services are available, but it will be hard to focus on your screens, with great views of the water from this room.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The recently updated kitchen features new appliances, including a dishwasher. A traditional dining room table seats four, with additional room for two at the breakfast bar.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The primary suite offers a king sized bed, flat screen tv and a full bath including a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is set up with one set of twin bunks and one full bed. It also offers a flat screen tv.
The common area bathroom is a full bath, with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
It's hard to decide if the best part of this home is the inside, with it's newly finished construction and water views, or the outside with the enhanced entertaining areas. A private 50 foot boat dock allows you to take full advantage of the boat ramp/ garage. Flood lights to illuminate the dock are in place, as is an underwater green light for fishing. This home also offers a fish cleaning station with power and running water. The backyard features a waterfront deck, complete with table and chairs, outdoor grill…and a bean bag toss game as well!
There is plenty of parking at Salty Attitude, room for five vehicles and a boat. (Please note: This home offers a washer/dryer but it is located in the garage and is only hooked up to cold water at this time)
THE LOCATION
Located canal-front in Rockport, you are only a ten minute drive from the local HEB and Walmart, as well as shops and restaurants. Twenty minutes will put you in the neighboring community of Aransas Pass, and a short ferry ride later, you can be on Mustang Island, home of Port Aransas. Goose Island State Park is ten minutes away and offers a brand new fishing pier. The Aransas Wildlife Refuge is home to Alligators, Sandhill Cranes, and one of the few flocks of North American Whooping Cranes.

It was a great house, just a few things weren’t accommodating for us. My sister uses a walker and the bathrooms were too small for her to get into and turn around, so she had to be helped to the bathroom. Also the rug outside the back door was a death trap. It really should be removed before someone gets hurt. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink

The lawn crew has to be there more often. Salty Attitude was very comfortable and we enjoyed the large sitting area in the back. I could have used warm water for washing. I am not that much of a fan of just cold water, but it seemed okay.
