It is a playful two story home with the main living area, kitchen, and bedrooms upstairs. The fouth bedroom can be found downstairs facing the canal and has a bathroom and sitting area.
Catch and clean your fish from the 60 foot fishing and boat dock (boat lift is not accessible to guests) complete with underwater green lights and a fish cleaning station.
