This beautiful condo has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom with darkening drapes along with a rocking chair and nice decor. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The living room has a flat screen TV, lazy boy recliners, and spectacular views of Aransas Bay. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This unit also has wifi and is pet friendly (2 dogs maximum)! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience.
Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.
Salt on the Rim is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and is only five dollars for a day pass or 20 dollars for a year pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.
This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Bring your own coffee maker. The 2 there didn’t work well. Great view, dog friendly and only a mile from great shops! 1.5 miles to Rockport Beach

Loved that there are THREE recliner chairs for convenience sake for those who like to sit alone and to read under lamps!! The sofa was comfortable and well built to sit on. TVs in each bedroom. Location of #203 is superb...as it does not overlook the pool and has clear view of the pier. However, the twin bed mattresses were a little too soft for the couple.

- 46+ days prior to arrival, 30% is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
