Description
This cute condo has a recliner and a queen-sized sleeper sofa across from the flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is also seating for three at the breakfast bar. The bedroom has coastal decor and a king sized bed. This unit also has wifi. All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience. Guests will also have access to a coin operated laundry facility.
Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, a hot tub, a 1000-foot fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, a beautiful lagoon area on the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.
Wild Thing is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach, where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option of purchasing a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping, you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind, walk along Austin Street, and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.
This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and the Texas Maritime Museum. We had a wonderful time at this condo. Plenty of room for us, (my wife, 6 year old son and I). It was a great location, close to town but far enough off the Main Street that there’s no traffic which made walks in the morning and evening really enjoyable. The pool, hot tub, front lobby, private fishing pier were awesome! The condo has great A/C and comfortable bedding. Great water pressure and the water felt soft which is rare for most condos we’ve stayed in. The kitchen has all the needed items to use and the view is a million dollar view. We spent each morning drinking coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise, it was perfect. No complaints from us and we would stay here 100x again. It was our first time to Rockport in 30 years and we loved every minute of it, will definitely be back soon.

- Within 45 days of arrival, 100% is due at the time of booking.
- 46+ days prior to arrival, 30% is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
