Looking for a ROYAL getaway for your family or friends? Welcome to unit #405 - The Royal Reef, the ideal condo for you to enjoy all that Rockport has to offer.
The newly remodeled, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfect for a family of four adults and two kids, or even two couples, to relax and entertain in. The 4th floor views are absolutely breathtaking, and the sophisticated decor will please any crowd.
LIVING AREAS
The Royal Reef has a very open living area with beautiful views of Aransas Bay. Just a glance outside the window will leave you reeling in the perfect paradise and wanting to come back for more. There is seating for up to four guests on either the accent barrel chairs or sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
This beautiful kitchen is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a gourmet dinner during their getaway. The cabinets are fully stocked with state-of-the-art Calphalon cookware, and the vast amount of counter space allows for guests to maneuver easily in and out of the space. Glance over the bar top, and there is a formal dining table with seating for up to six people.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Both the primary and spare bedrooms have king beds. The bathrooms in this unit are large and have tons of counterspace to set your belongings, and both were recently updated. Enjoy a bubble bath in the soaking tub provided in the primary bathroom.
In the nook area of the living room, you will find a twin bunk bed that is suitable for children only.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
This beautiful condo has a reading nook stocked with games and books. There is also a combo washer and dryer provided for guests' personal use, perfectly hidden away in the kitchen pantry.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Take advantage of the most breathtaking views in Rockport from The Royal Reef's balcony. There are several loungers to relax on and even a table and four chairs for outdoor dining. Laguna Reef provides complimentary access to the pool, hot tub, and fishing pier. Round up a team and enjoy the onsite sand volleyball court, or look for seashells in the lagoon just outside the building.
THE LOCATION
The Royal Reef is located just a short walk from the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.
Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under "activities and attractions." If you feel like shopping, you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind, walk along Austin Street, and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques. Book The Royal Reef today!

It’s even prettier than the pictures with new outdoor furniture and interior touches. Games available for guests to use in the living room were awesome for the rainy day!

This condo was so spacious, beautiful, and had everything we needed. It even had a crock pot and hand mixer if you need to bake a cake which is a plus! The view on the balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay!

- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling done within 72 hours of arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days to 72 hours of arrival date are subject to a loss of 50% of rental fees plus processing fee.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the original arrival date to receive a refund and are subject to a 10% service charge.
