A coastal contemporary living area wows on arrival featuring wall-to-wall windows that offer views of Salt Lake. A huge sectional offers a sumptuous spot to unwind and watch the huge wall-mounted TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will adore this charming kitchen. This delightful cooking space gleams with white quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances.

A breakfast nook has plush window seating around the small table and 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. There's room for another six to gather at a formal dining table with ample views of Salt Lake.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This house sleeps up to 6 guests between two stylishly appointed bedrooms.
The spacious primary bedroom boasts a king bed, water views, a 40 inch wall-mounted TV, and a huge walk-in closet.

A chic en-suite bathroom comes with a walk-in tiled shower and all linens will be provided. A second bedroom has two queen sized beds and a 32 inch wall-mounted TV.

A modish en-suite bathroom comes with a walk-in tiled shower and all linens will be provided. The half bath is located on the lower level adjacent to the kitchen.

There is a day bed located in the living room; guests can relax and take a quick nap after a day of fishing.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for up to four vehicles.
