Spectacular views of the best of Rockport at unit #316 - Turtle Cove (formerly Sades Place)! This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy spending time on your large private balcony and witnessing the amazing beauty of Rockport! Panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life can be enjoyed from the balcony. You will definitely enjoy that view from your comfortable living room while watching the large flat-screen smart TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and has brand new stainless steel appliances. In addition, there is an icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. This is NOT a pet friendly unit. The primary bedroom and guest bedroom both have king-size beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room that will sleep two people.

As a guest of Turtle Cove, you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000-foot fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second, and third floors. There are coin-operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors, in the same room as the ice machines.

We called Miss Kitty's to make our reservations on same day as we planned to arrive. They were accommodating & we had no problems upon arrival. We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Cove. Very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, & tastefully decorated. The water view from the oversized balcony is fabulous. Has a great calming affect. Great pier! This is an end unit on 3rd floor but there's no structure above the bedrooms so no stomping above. Our only disturbance was late arrivals next door moving furniture on their balcony but that ceased around 11pm. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
