It was built in 2010, has a private 112 foot lighted fishing pier, gazebo, covered decks on both levels, and everything you need for coastal living and relaxing!

The warmth and craftsmanship define every detail of this tastefully decorated home, with magnificent views through its walls of windows, a cozy living room, dining room, kitchen, tile flooring, and granite countertops. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with raised ceiling, reading nook, flat screen HDTV, and a sliding glass door that leads to the patio for sunset views over Copano Bay. The private primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower, vanity, linen closet and walk-in clothes closet. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle and flat screen HDTV. Find additional sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Free Wi-Fi and Satellite TV in all rooms. Washer and Dryer available. The ground level storage room provides a place to keep your fishing tackle, fishing net, crab trap, life vest, and full bathroom. Trout, redfish, flounder, drum, and crab can all be caught in this area!
