Head over to the Gnarly Marlin or Paradise Key Dockside Grill for a waterfront dinner or stay in and savor a waterfront sunset of your very own. With a fully appointed kitchen and a gas grill, you’ll have everything you need to prepare a delicious feast. There’s ample seating inside, but for a real treat head outdoors! Your group of 12 will have sweet dreams with plush bedding and comfortable mattresses. The ensuite primary bedroom is truly a haven of relaxation with a king-size bed, Smart TV and private bathroom. Discover a spa-experience in the primary bathroom with dual sinks and a generously-sized, walk-in shower. The second bedroom houses a queen-size bed while the fourth bedroom is a veritable kids’ camp experience with two sets of bunk beds, one full-over-full and the other twin-over-twin. Teens and older children will love the loft! Head up the ladder to find three twin-size beds. An additional full-size bathroom is ideal for guests to freshen up. No need to overpack, Birds on the Bay has an in-house washer and dryer for your use.

A new addition to the property is a Ford Charge Station Pro mounted on the electric pole adjacent to the driveway. 80 Amp charger, CCS1 charge cord connector which is compatible with all Ford and many other manufacturers all-electric vehicles. For charging a Tesla vehicle, bring a "CCS1 to Tesla" adapter with you, or connect your mobile connector to the Nema 14-50 outlet on the RV panel.

Also note there is a 6 person Hot Tub with 29 jets.
