A FREE two-day holiday extravaganza to kick off the season with fun, festivities, and fireworks in Rockport!
Friday, December 6, 2024: Illuminated Night Parade & Fireworks
The celebration begins at 7:00 pm with the Illuminated Night Parade along Rockport Beach Park Road. Watch as the parade dazzles with lights, color, and festive cheer! The evening continues with the Lighting of the Community Christmas Tree, followed by a spectacular LED Night Kite Display by the Surfside Flyers Kite Club. The night will conclude with an unforgettable fireworks show over the harbor.
Free access to Rockport Beach Park starts at 4:00 pm for prime viewing of the parade and fireworks.
Saturday, December 7, 2024: Tropical Christmas Festival
The fun continues at the Rockport Festival Grounds, just beside Rockport Harbor, starting at 10:00 am. Enjoy a full day of family-friendly activities including:
- Children's programs
- Live entertainment
- Specialty vendors
- Food trucks
- A special visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, plus the mischievous Grinch
The festival wraps up at 6:00 pm, leaving you with plenty of holiday cheer to last the season!
